This piece is made from a combination of sustainably sourced birch, inlayed with natural tones of dyed wood and the icon bowie lighting bolt hand-painted in enamel. Inspired by a deep centred love of David Bowie and featuring lyrics from his Moonage Daydream track.
Designed and crafted in the Snörk workshop studio in South Devon. Workshop founder Liz Swindells, is heavily inspired by typographical sign writing techniques and the folk art style which can often be seen on canal boats and old fairground rides. Stylistically Snörk combines beautiful illustrations with a touch of humour. She aims for people to fall in love with their new artwork and for her pieces to make your day a little bit brighter.
